Hello! I’m using the Believe Template by Butterflygirlms on my Blog and I received a comment from a follower letting me know that they just couldn’t hold it in any longer.
The “Santa Clause” in the images is spelled wrong! Clause should be Claus!
Just wanted to inform you in case you wanted to update it for use next year etc.
Thanks and I love the design anyway!

@Jessica Kennedy: Thank you for letting me know that someone is breaking my tou for my kit Berry Merry Christmas. It says in my tou
No commercial use is allowed. You may NOT sell, share, or distribute my products in it’s original or altered form. You may not make copies except for backup purposes. If you share your work online you must give credit. Any other use will be considered infringement on the copyright laws.
She is giving away my product without my permission. Your use of her template is also against my TOU and I ask that you please remove it.

I can see why you’d be upset if the blog template was being sold but it’s not. It’s absolutely free.
And you are being given credit. I’ve received numerous comments about how lovely the layout is. And it’s not the layout that’s awesome, it’s your graphics.
I’m sorry if you think we are infringing upon you but if anything it’s helping to get you more space time.
I will pick out a new layout and I will be sure to never use your products again and I’ll be sure to pass on what a spoiler you are.
Word of mouth is a great thing. Or disastrous.

@Jessica Kennedy: Giving out my products for free is not helping me. It’s called stealing. And if you read my TOU you will see it is not allowed. I do have a VERY VERY strict policy against pirates and that is that I WILL NOT tolerate them no matter what!
Plus I do use some commercial use products that I purchased and some do not allow to be used in web design or in freebies, so if you give out my kit for free, even altered, you are also breaking their TOU.
