The Barking Puppy
Here is a layout I made for the RAKScraps December 07 Sponsor Betsy Tuma.

Journaling: You loved your colorful barking puppy. You would stare for minutes at it as it barked after mommy or daddy pulled the ring. It was your favorite toy and we lost it during our 30 hours of travel from Japan to New Hampshire. It had taken us some time to find a new one, but eventually we did find one 8 months later. By then you were bored with it. It was no longer interesting. It made me sad to see what was once your favorite toy, be tossed aside for something new, different and made for an older baby, which you were.

Zita
If you saw the latest sneak peak for the prizes of the Great Monogram Contest, then you have seen the name Zita before. The kit was named after my husband’s grandmother who I also think of as my grandmother. She is 91 years old and it still going strong! I hope I am as active as she is when I am that age.
Anyway for the RAKScraps July 07 Newsletter I made this layout:

Yes, I stole my title from Casablanca, but it worked for the layout

At the Historic Waynesborough Village one of the churches had this very old piano that was still playable but needed tuning. You didn’t seem to care that it was out of tune.
This is one of my favorite layouts. I made it for the RAKScraps’s July sponsor Betsy Tuma.
