I think a while ago there had been a challenge to scrapbook about the special attachments we make in life. I don’t remember the where the challenge was but here is a layout I created for it:

Credits: RAKScraps August 2007 MegaKit (red paper and blue ribbon by Christy Heins, tan paper by Ronda Stall, red button by Irene Brown, red flourish by Connie Crook) and Mega Kit Addon (Hello label by Correen Silke)
Journaling: Hello my name is Awowowo. I am a bear security blanket. My best friend is Liam. He loves me and brings me everywhere he goes. We like to play hide-and-seek together. I couldn’t imagine a better friend.

Last night we went to a Halloween party. It was very crowded and they had a hay game inside! Talk about major hay fever. They even had to call the medics for one lady! I almost could breath. I am stilling suffering from it. Anyway I made this layout from photos I took last night. We won the family costume contest!

Credits: brown papers from Honor by Kristine Bents and Jessica Safty, red paper from Friday Night Cocktails by Correen Silke, flourishes from Tandika’s Grungy Flourish Brushes by Tandika Star, letters from Tandika’s Stamped Tin Alpha by Tandika Star, chain from Botanicals by Jennifer Trippetti, charm and paper from Aunties Attic by Jennifer Trippetti, paper tears from Fold Set 4 by Karah Fredricks, stitches from On Angel Wings by Jen Reed
Journaling: It was October 26, 2007. You were wearing the costume I made you, a knight. You looked adorable. Ready to save any damsel in distress. We had gone to the Seymour-Johnson AFB Halloween Block Party. You entered the ages 1-3 costume contest but didn’t win. But we did win the family contest. We wouldn’t have won it without such our adorable Knight in Shining Armor. You were so happy in your costume, swinging you sword around and almost hitting bystanders. I plan to make you a costume every Halloween.

My son is really getting to tantrums now. One day it was so funny that I had to take pictures. I was also trying so hard not to laugh!
