ABOUT
I’m a film editor passionate about storytelling, creativity, and lifelong learning. My journey into film editing is shaped by my diverse background in design, technology, and hands-on creative projects, as well as my experiences as a mother navigating the world of ADHD and autism. These experiences fuel my desire to learn new things and apply my skills meaningfully.
Though my professional experience in film editing is still growing, I have a wealth of life experience and a broad skill set that spans graphic design, web design, photography, filmmaking, scriptwriting, VFX, and beyond. I’ve explored everything from Minecraft and Unreal Engine to machine embroidery and Cinema 4D, always with an eye for the next challenge and opportunity to expand my creative toolkit.
One of my proudest accomplishments to date is writing, directing, and editing my award-winning student short film, Essentials of Survival, which starred my daughter. The film was a labor of love, a creative exploration of survival and resilience, and a chance for me to showcase my talents in a hands-on way. It also marked the beginning of my deeper immersion into the world of filmmaking, where I realized the profound impact that editing and storytelling can have on an audience.
